|Recommended: NoTo Expensive — The build and room quality are not enough to justify the price. Especially with the Pointe right next door, which is better staffed and of better build quality, and is much cheaper.

|Recommended: YesVery helpful — When I first moved in I wasn’t comfortable with the unit I got, but once I talked to staff they were extremely kind and able to move me to a better one where I feel completely at home. Their response time to questions is amazing and the quality of my unit is phenomenal, would highly recommend.

|Recommended: NoPoor Maintenance — Property staff is very careless and show zero responsibility towards any service requests. Room light stopped working and no one cared about fixing it even after multiple reminders. My son was without any light for almost 2months, he used to go in just for sleeping, all his studies he had to sit in the hall with all disturbances. To me it looks like management is exploiting and taking advantage of high demand.
|Recommended: YesSome frustrating things but overall good place to live — Initial impression was not great, room was dirty and there were maintenance issues. Once we had it cleaned up and maintenance responded pretty quickly and now it's a nice place to stay. Everything is a bit out of date but there are no major issues and the layout is nice. Would recommend.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live for the Money — I have been living at the Tremont since August of 2022 and I can honestly say I am very happy hear. For the price, you get everything that you could want A C, your own large bedroom, pool, lounge, protected mail service, fully furnished, bus pass, free parking spots for all residents, a comfy living room, in-unit washer dryer, etc. . My only issue is the lack of adequate kitchen storage for four separate people, the slow and sometimes not great maintenance , and communication and action of management and staff.
|Recommended: YesTremont Review — This year was my first year living off campus in an apartment. I was very nervous about the transition but the office staff has been super helpful with any issues I may have. There are a lot of great amenities on the property that are always accessible. The computer lounge is great If I need to print something for class and the commute to campus is not bad. Overall I think its a great place to live and I'm definitely getting my moneys worth
