​Yes, we have parking available for both residents and guests at no charge.

With Individual Leases, YOU are only responsible for YOUR (or your student's) rent. You aren't liable for your roommates' rent at all! Unlike traditional leases or a joint l ease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay their rent, it does not affect your lease. College students have enough to worry about. An individual leases is one less thing! 

Yes, our residents' pets are welcome at Tremont. Get in touch with our leasing office for more information. 

Absolutely, the earlier you sign the better chance you have of receiving your preferences. 

Payments can be made online with e-check, debit cards, credit cards, and Moneygram. We also accept checks and money orders in the office. Fees may apply. We do not accept partial payments or cash. 

For fall move-ins, the first payment is due July 15th. If you move in for our current lease term, the first rental installment is due on or before your move-in date. 

​Our housing contracts are installment contracts meaning there is a base housing contract amount for the entire term that is then broken down into 12 equal installments. Our housing contracts follow the academic year, beginning in August at the start of the school year and ending in July.
